Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as sales, launches, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (U.K.): 2–4 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.K.): 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control, but we always do our best to help if issues arise.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.K. orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations around cosmetic products, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately cannot fulfil orders there at this time.

We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked "delivered," we want to help! If your package is missing, please email us at painlesstattoos@nononsensenumbing.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

No Nonsense Numbing Cream Co is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
